These Terms govern access to MyDoorSpa, an early-stage marketplace being developed and operated in India by its proprietor. At the pre-launch stage, MyDoorSpa primarily collects expressions of interest from prospective service professionals and users. Additional booking and payment terms may be introduced before commercial services launch.

1. Marketplace role

Professionals listed or onboarded through MyDoorSpa are intended to operate independently. Each professional is responsible for their qualifications, representations, conduct, service quality and compliance with applicable laws. Customers remain responsible for their own conduct and for providing accurate information relevant to a booking.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

2. Pre-registration

Submitting a pre-registration is an expression of interest only. It does not create employment, partnership, agency, guaranteed onboarding, guaranteed bookings, exclusivity, or a promise regarding launch date, pricing, earnings or availability. MyDoorSpa may verify information and determine onboarding requirements before enabling marketplace access.

3. Strictly prohibited services and conduct

MyDoorSpa is intended solely for legitimate spa, beauty and wellness services displayed or approved on the platform. MyDoorSpa does not offer, promote, arrange, authorize or endorse sexual services, intimate services, illegal services, unsafe activities, or other undisclosed “extra services.”

Customers must not request such services from professionals, and professionals must not solicit, suggest, advertise or provide them through a MyDoorSpa interaction. Harassment, sexual misconduct, threats, discrimination, violence, coercion, intoxication that creates a safety risk, exploitation and other unlawful or inappropriate behaviour are prohibited.

MyDoorSpa may suspend or terminate access, reject onboarding, cancel platform access and, where appropriate, cooperate with lawful authorities when serious misconduct is reported.

4. Off-platform arrangements

Any private arrangement, payment, service or communication that falls outside an authorized MyDoorSpa booking or service offering is not a MyDoorSpa service. Users should not treat an off-platform request as being approved by MyDoorSpa merely because the parties originally connected through the marketplace. Where platform rules prohibit circumvention or particular conduct, violations may result in account action.

5. Professional responsibilities

Professionals are responsible for providing truthful information about identity, experience, skills, certifications and availability; maintaining any licences or qualifications required for their services; using appropriate hygiene and safety practices; respecting customer boundaries and privacy; and declining any request that is unsafe, unlawful, inappropriate or outside the agreed service.

6. Customer responsibilities

Customers are expected to provide a reasonably safe environment for doorstep services, treat professionals respectfully, disclose information reasonably necessary for safe delivery of the booked service, and refrain from requesting prohibited or unlisted services.

7. Wellness, not medical care

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, services offered through the marketplace are wellness, spa or beauty services and are not medical diagnosis or treatment. Users should seek appropriate medical advice where a medical condition, injury, pregnancy, allergy or other health concern may affect suitability for a service.

8. User content and images

You may submit information or an optional image during pre-registration. You must have the right to submit that content. Do not upload intimate or sexually explicit material, illegal content, another person's private information without authority, malicious files, or content unrelated to legitimate onboarding. MyDoorSpa may delete inappropriate submissions.

9. Verification and platform safety

MyDoorSpa may introduce identity, credential, background or other verification processes. Any verification is a platform risk-control measure and is not a guarantee of a person's future conduct, character, suitability or service quality. Users should continue to exercise reasonable judgment and report safety concerns.

10. Availability and changes

The website and pre-launch features may be changed, suspended or discontinued. Marketplace features, eligibility criteria, fees, commissions, cancellation rules, payment arrangements and service areas may change before or after launch. Material terms applicable to live bookings will be presented when those services become available.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyDoorSpa is not responsible for independent acts, omissions, representations or unauthorized arrangements of customers or independent professionals merely because they met through the marketplace. MyDoorSpa does not accept responsibility for prohibited “extra services” privately requested, offered or undertaken outside authorized platform services. This clause does not limit liability or statutory rights where applicable law does not permit such limitation.

12. Intellectual property

The MyDoorSpa name, website design, platform content and related branding are owned by or licensed to the operator, except for third-party content and user submissions. No licence is granted to copy or commercially exploit them except as necessary to use the platform.

13. Privacy

Personal information submitted through MyDoorSpa is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer and other mandatory laws, disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

15. Contact and complaints

Until a dedicated support address is published, questions, safety reports or legal/privacy requests may be submitted through the contact channel provided on MyDoorSpa.com. A dedicated grievance/contact mechanism will be published before the full marketplace launches.

Important: These Terms are an early-stage startup policy and should be reviewed by an Indian lawyer before MyDoorSpa begins accepting paid bookings or commercially onboarding professionals.
