This Privacy Policy explains how MyDoorSpa, an early-stage marketplace operated by its proprietor in India, handles personal information submitted through MyDoorSpa.com during pre-launch and pre-registration.

Current pre-launch purpose: We use information you submit to review interest in MyDoorSpa, communicate about launch and onboarding, evaluate prospective service professionals, operate and secure the website, and respond to enquiries. We do not need an uploaded image for pre-registration; it is optional.

1. Information we collect

Depending on the form you use, we may collect your name, email address, mobile/WhatsApp number, city or location, professional experience, services or skills, expected fee, availability, training/support preference, additional information you choose to provide, consent/acknowledgement records, and an optional profile or work image.

Our website and infrastructure may also process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, browser/device information, request metadata and security logs.

2. Why we use it

We use submitted information to process pre-registration; assess potential professional onboarding; contact you about MyDoorSpa launch, onboarding and related services; respond to requests; prevent misuse and investigate safety/security issues; maintain records of consent; and prepare and improve the marketplace.

We will not use an optional uploaded image to infer sensitive characteristics or for unrelated advertising purposes without an appropriate basis and notice.

3. Image uploads

Image upload is optional. Images are stored using Cloudflare R2 infrastructure through a MyDoorSpa upload service. An unguessable link may be generated so authorized MyDoorSpa personnel can review the image associated with the submission. Do not upload intimate or sexually explicit material, unlawful content, or an image you do not have the right to share.

4. Service providers

We use third-party infrastructure to operate the pre-registration service. Form information is transmitted using Web3Forms for form delivery, and optional images are stored using Cloudflare R2/Workers. These providers process information to provide infrastructure and related services to us and may process data in locations determined by their respective service arrangements.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the website and forms; professional advisers where necessary; authorities where disclosure is required by law; or in connection with a legitimate restructuring or transfer of the MyDoorSpa business, subject to applicable requirements.

6. Retention

During pre-launch, we retain pre-registration information only for as long as reasonably needed for launch planning, onboarding, communication, security, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. We intend to periodically remove stale or unnecessary pre-registration records. You may request deletion or withdrawal of your pre-registration consent using the contact mechanism described below, subject to information we must retain under applicable law.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to an early-stage online service, including private object storage for optional images and restricted upload types. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and requests

You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, withdraw consent for future pre-launch communications, or raise a privacy complaint. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out and may make it impossible for us to continue your pre-registration.

9. Children

Professional pre-registration is not intended for children. Do not submit a child's personal information through the professional registration form. Before full marketplace launch, age requirements and any customer-facing child-related processing will be addressed separately where relevant.

10. Data protection framework

MyDoorSpa is being designed with India's Digital Personal Data Protection framework in mind. As applicable provisions come into force and the marketplace expands, this notice and our processes may be updated, including mechanisms for consent withdrawal, rights requests and grievances.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as MyDoorSpa moves from pre-registration to live marketplace services. The updated date will be shown at the top. Material changes relevant to existing users may also be communicated through appropriate channels.

12. Contact

Until a dedicated privacy/support email is published, privacy requests can be submitted through the contact channel provided on MyDoorSpa.com. Before commercial launch, MyDoorSpa will publish a dedicated contact/grievance mechanism.
